DC Inner City Excellence (DC-ICE)  is a skating-based youth development program rooted in the universal principles of Olympism, attracting Olympic-caliber athletes, coaches & community leaders to serve as instructors, mentors and supporters of year-round skating programs and events in the nation's capitol.

Born in 2002, DC-ICE continues to inspire and unite urban skaters of all backgrounds in the pursuit of excellence in Body, Mind, and Spirit.
